Interview with Julie

Why is it important for you to deliver a more responsible, non-toxic way of Beauty at Kasia Organic Salon?

I’ve always been conscientious of the environment and my own personal health and wellness.  As an expecting mother,   I think about the consequences of my actions and how they can affect the lives of the next generations.  I want my children to come into a world where they are taught to appreciate nature and give back to the planet, rather than take from it.  I also want them to come into this world safely, and that’s why I choose to use products which are as clear with their ingredients as they are with their intentions.

Being a part of Kasia allows me to contribute my time and energy to share information with people, and most importantly, continue to learn what more I can do.

What are your favorite natural products?

Complete 6 product Kasia Naural Skin Care!   The whole Kasia line is so nice, you feel spoiled.  From the invigorating, natural smells, to the lightweight feel.  I LOVE the eyecream.

It’s hard to come by a natural deodorant that makes you happy.  I’ve tried many, and it can be a frustrating (and smelly) experience.  Give Kasia a shot though, it’s worth not putting extra elements into your body.

I have hair like a lion.  There’s a lot of it.  It’s curly and wavy and sometimes there are sticks stuck in it.  The best advice I could give to anyone as fortunate as me, check out the Hamadi Shea Leave In Conditioner and the Hair Cream.

What is your best advice to a client?

Look at the ingredients.  If you wouldn’t put something in or on your body, then DON’T! Also, stretch and drink plenty of water.  Water IS the fountain of youth.

Favorite essential oil scent from Elizabeth Van Buren at Kasia Salon?

I have different loves, for different seasons.  Lemongrass and Lavender for light, breezy spring and summer.  Bergamot and Orange for damp, chilly fall days and freezing winter.  Rosemary and Eucalyptus to invigorate and clear sinuses!
