Pre Booking
We recommend that you pre- book your appointments, as soon as possible, for the best availability.
Payments
- For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa and MasterCard, and personal checks with proper identification.
- All services booked online must be reserved with a credit card.
- Gratuities: At Kasia Salon – tips are never expected but always appreciated. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests.
No Shows/Late Arrivals
- Our voicemail system is available 24/7 for your convenience.
- If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to make sure that we can still take care of you. We will do our best to complete all of your scheduled services. Thank you for your understanding in regards to these important issues. We appreciate your support.
Cancellations
Please call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule appointments.
Re-scheduled or canceled reservations may incur the following charges:
- We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations will be billed a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.
- Your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings—just like you, we’d much prefer to have another inquiring guest take your place! Our cancellation fee is designed to provide compensation for our wonderful service providers.
Retail and Returns
Kasia Salon offers many exclusive and high performance products in the industry.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase:
- We will accept the return of any unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full refund
- Opened items will be accepted for exchange only.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.

- No matter which level or price point you choose, you’ll enjoy consistent and wonderful service.
Service prices marked with an (*) depend on the stylist, length and density of the hair, and the amount of product needed to achieve the desired goal.
How much should I tip?
Tipping for service at a salon is typically handled as you would tipping for service in a restaurant. Generally 10-20% of the total service is appropriate, depending upon how you feel the quality of service was.
My favorite staff person is always so busy. How can I be sure to get an appointment with her/him?
Be sure to pre-book your service in advance, to guarantee an appointment with your favorite provider at a date and time that is most convenient to you.
Privacy Policy
Kasia Salon respects your privacy and understands the importance of protecting your personal information.
Kasia stores historical records containing personal information entered by customers when a) making appointments and b) purchasing gift certificates/cards. No personal information is disclosed to any third party, organization, or individual outside of any our salon. Period.
