The Fine Print:
- All service/sauna appointments must be completed within 3 months from the date of original enrollment. Using the sauna frequently will give you the best results.
- Payments for your healthy sauna package must be in full to Kasia at time of purchase.
- Packages do expire, therefore, they must be used within the stated time frame.
- Sauna Packages are non-transferable.
- Terms and conditions may change at any time. Changes to the program will be communicated to clients online and via email.
- Membership cancellation permitted within 5 days of your initial enrollment. Cancellations after 5 days will not be refunded.
- Sessions are not transferable or refundable and every session must be used. There are no rollover sessions or make-up sessions on any of these visits. For additional questions on these, please refer to our cancellation policy.
